Micky's knowledge of the Newmarket housing market is impressive. His tips for preparing our house for showings, and his recommendation on setting the sale price, were bang on. We were concerned about selling in this tough market, but our house sold in under one week. Micky's experience and dedication throughout the whole process gave us peace of mind and removed a lot of the stress involved in selling a home.
In a soft market, Micky sold our house in three days. That wasn't just done with connections. It was hard work and alot of preparation. We did sell under asking but over market. The communication was clear and constant. I could not recommend his services higher. (Google wouldn't let me rate a 6 star).
