We were camping at Ludington State Park when our truck started leaking transmission fluid and needed repair. We found Mick’s and are so glad we did! They were upfront about costs, showed us pictures of the problem through their app, and worked hard to get it fixed before we had to leave. What really stood out was Mike giving us a ride back to our camper and even dropping our truck off when it was done—that was a huge stress relief since we had no other transportation. Amazing employees and service!!
We had a great experience with Micks. We were on our way to the UP, quite a ways from home, and the alternator went out on our car. They worked us right in and fixed it promptly.
