We have lived at 132 Parkridge for about 10 years. Things are great here. We need anything and it is taken care of. Shawn the repair guy is fantastic.
I wasn't going to renew my lease until I got to meet and deal with the new leasing specialist. She was very fair and understanding about why I didn't want to renew and negotiated the updates I wanted and the monthly rental fee. Had it not been for her I'd have moved.
