I was just in here with my children. We were interested in getting my elderly mother a shower chair. We were in the aisle of walkers/knee scooters and other mobility items. My kids were touching things but not anywhere near playing with or using any of the items at all. A very rude woman working behind the counter kept telling them to stop playing with the things repeatedly. Then she saw that one of them was using a knee scooter and asked if he was getting that one. First class all the way! The staff are extremely courteous and professional. The service is always with a smile. Have been a customer here for two decades!
Don’t expect this store to be open during “store hours”. Waited 3 separate times for nearly an hour. Not to mention they won’t have prescriptions filled when they say so. Finally addressed this with the owner and his response “Insurances aren’t paying enough.” Zero remorse for terrible business practices.
