I had used Mickler services for few years, the sod looked good at the beginning of the spring and at the end of the spring was looking great like never before; however, in June they fertilized and made a pest control treatment, after that the sod just started to go downhill and dying, at this point it seems that I will need to re-sod the whole yard. On the top of that they had let me know that the service is increasing by 15%. I had cancelled my service.
Tyler has been servicing our yard and we are very happy with the results. He did a fantastic job today explaining what needed to be done, making sure I understood every step of the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Additionally, I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Grace in the office.
