I had a disappointing experience with this company, particularly with the administrator, Jasmine. Despite waiting weeks trying to get on their work schedule, I received no response or updates. Today, unexpectedly, two people arrived at my house without any prior notice. Since I am out of town, I was not okay with having the work done today.
