5 stars for the Centers giving inner city kids teens and adults a place to go and to the hard working caring inner CITY men and women employees. 1 star for all the centers being named after Caucasian men/women, even if they were born in Elizabeth, accomplished for themselves in Elizabeth, but moved to Caucasian neighborhoods and never looked back.
