DON'T GO THERE or YOU'LL REGRET They are only after your money and will anything to trap you, I mean anything. Even they lies about other installers to have you done the job done by them. Don't trust them what they say, have everything in writing. I threaten them with BBB and that how I got my money back. Please go some other reputable place, like Best Buy or I heard Car Tunes are good also. Mickey Shorr shop looks like a shop in some 3rd World country and the customer service also like 3rd world. DON'T GO THERE.

KNowledgable staff & good prices I have gotten alarms and remote starts for two of my last three cars. Each time has been a great experience with short waits. It has a great location, next to Nello's, a true Royal Oak tradition!
