Mike came out to look at my car to determine why sound was off. He said I had 3 blown speakers (tweeters and doors). He presented a solution. I explained that since it's an older car I didn't want to spend too much. His second option fit the bill. They took the dash and door panels apart, installed the speakers and put everything back the way it was. Couldn't even tell that anyone had disturbed it. Sounds great not. Left me old parts as well. Done in under two hours. So far I'm quite happy.
They are absolutely amazing! I have had 4 remote starters from them, only a small problem with one, and they fixed it for free in a matter of minutes! Thank you :-)!!!
Went in near closing, brought boat to get a diagnosis, told me to pull up. They brought out a meter and able to pinpoint problem quick and went in to ask what the damage was and he waved it off.
They installed my subs wrong that I bought for an enormous price of off them, and than knocked out the remote start on my car. Told me they would give me a call when they could get me in to fix it and never called. Would give negative stars if I could.
Dishonest lying associates who will tell you whatever they need to, to get your money in the register. Then they pull the bait and switch. I'd be afraid they would break something in my car and then lie about it.
Liars! And awful customer service they take advantage of disabled people I will never step foot again in any Mickey shorr or Abc warehouse again! Avoid the grief shop somewhere else
Got a halfway good deal but the slowest service I have ever gotten. Still waiting over 2 hrs for a remote starter. And forget about customer survice. With Brian!

Love the work that was done love the way everything turned out BUT the manger was a complete idiot he had no ideal what was going on or really what he was saying. I have no clue on how this guy is managing a store. He's completely Clueless. Thank god there was an experienced salesman there to clean up the mangers mess. Only because of the products the installers and the other salesman would I reco this place for car audio. MICKEY DO ME A FAVOR AND PLEASE REEVALUATE THIS STORE MANGER AT THE LINCOLN PARK STORE
