This doctor was a total God send for me. I think I had 6-7 surgeries before him. Drs said nothing more could be done. This dr saw me, said I can fix that. He did and not only fixed it, I’ve not had to go back. He’s truly a fabulous dr! Gifted.

I'm very greatful for Dr. Karram. I had a large vaginal fistula and couldn't find a Dr in my area with the expertise I needed. Dr. Karram went above and beyond to work with me because I was from out of state. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, making himself available before and after surgery. Dr Karram is one of the most caring drs I have ever seen. My case required multiple surgeries and he was always kind and explained all procedures along with expectations. I would recommend him to anyone.
