Mick was amazing to work with. We moved from Oregon to Pullman in July during the middle of a pandemic. Mick's communication was great since we pretty much had to buy a house over FaceTime. He answered all our questions, gave us a tour via FaceTime, gave his honest opinion of what he was seeing in person, and made sure we had extensive inspections done on our house so we felt comfortable making an offer before actually being able to see the house in person.
