Recently sold my house with Mick… he assured everything would be taken care of, went through a divorce he told me he also went through a divorce and assured me that my ex wife wouldn’t get away with anything during the sell of the house ( not having to pay for fixing certain things per the divorce ) comes to find out nothing was fixed that was supposed to. If you want your house to sell but have a gross feeling afterwords call Mick he is your guy!!
