Dr.Koike was able to diagnose that I had an organ issue when three doctors threw opioids at me for mid back muscle strain. He stated there was nothing mechanically wrong with me. Went back to emergency, he was absolutely right. Upper esophageal hernia. Extremely knowledgeable about the human body and extremely kind.
