I had a great experience with Dr. James Michino for my wisdom teeth removal surgery. He was fast, efficient, and made the entire procedure seamless. Dr. Michino and his staff were incredibly professional, with excellent bedside manner that put me at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Dr.Michino was awesome, I dreaded the procedure but in actuality I didn't feel any pain, not even the numbing part wich I thought was crazy. He was fast and he executed my procedure comfortably. The staff was awesome as well from the front desk to the dental assistant. The day after I'm doing well without pain and he also gave a care call himself to make sure all was well. I am so grateful and I would definitely go back and recommend to others.
It was very thoughtful of Dr. Michino to call by himself to check if everything is OK on the next day of the surgery. Also, Dr. Michino speaks Japanese perfectly so it is great that he fully explained the complicated matters in Japanese.
Dr. Michino and his team knowledge, professionalism and friendly office atmosphere is remarkable. Having major surgery, I cannot stress enough to reach out for Dr. Michino's team.
