The company foreman, ****** *******, installed a kitchen backsplash for us. I made a major mistake in trusting they knew what they were doing and did not do a proper inspection before writing a check. The tile was chewed up, broken, and uneven (see photos attached). We offered advise on how to install the tile so it would look good. You refused our advise and then wanted it fixed even though we told you so. Ok no big deal so we offered to fix it the way we suggested in the first place and came out to do so but instead your wife decided she wanted the whole job replaced. I called Michigan's Handyman from Florida about an issue with my home in Shelby Township, MI. A drain spout had come loose in a high wind storm. The man answering the phone was very friendly and let me know he would get the job done, how much it should cost and when it would get done. I was called back letting me know the job was done (on time as promised), what had been done and the cost (exactly what I had been told). Michigan's Handyman just remodeled my bathroom. Not even two days later some of the grout on the floor between the tiles is cracking and crumbling. Three can lights were installed in the ceiling in a row but one of them does not match. I expressed dissatisfaction but was told that they come like that in the contractor pack. I do not believe this as they do not match. What manufacture would sell a multi- pack with one item that does not match? I was told that if I wanted them changed out that I would have to pay. Sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our company. We did everything in our power to please this customer but, you sir are unpleasable. This customer was never side tracked nor ever put on hold. Michael was giving a deadline that we would complete his work and that dead line was met. The dumpster was not included in his quote and was stated on the contract in writing that the dumpster was the homeowners responsibility. Brian Lassiter was out this last Friday to clean our gutters. He & his coworker did a great job. We will be using these guys again in the late fall when our trees will clog the gutters again.
I have used Michigan's Handyman twice so far, very happy with them. Very quick to get back to me, and did a great job. I appreciate that Robert took the time to explain things also. I have their phone number ready and waiting if another problem might arise.

I must admit I am very impressed with the work to Michigan handyman has done on my house my roof looks great in fact I was so impressed that I am looking to have them replaced all my gutters this coming spring I would definitely recommend Michigan’s handyman and I will continue to use them in the future
