I mailed my Grand National (hot-air car) turbo to these guys for rebuild. After specially requesting my wastegate be included for vacuum testing, I reopened the box & sent it along with the turbo. When the turbo got shipped back, I called & the guy who answered the phone said I hadnt included the wastegate & called me a liar. I never could reach the owner by phone but he responded to a certified letter & backed up his employee.
