Great customer service: This is how it is done.... As a self build consumer who ordered a pole barn kit, I contacted MTT since they were the contracted manufacturer. I broke one of my trusses and needed to know if it could be repaired, or needed to be replaced. 1. They answered the phone. 2. Received and reviewed photos while on the call. 3.
