Dr Gorski was great, his med assistant was handled my hand aggressively . And was rude. the staff at this location doesn’t know how to communicate. And will never admit to a mistake they made, lacks courtesy and accountability.
My daughter(6) saw Dr.Gorski today. He was humorous when talking with her and made us feel comfortable. Deb took the x rays and was incredibly patient. I was getting a little irritated with my daughter fidgeting but not Deb! She remained calm, kind, patient and not once got upset. Dimple was the one who put the cast on my daughter.. again, I was getting irritated But not Dimple.. she was very kind and patient as well, despite my daughter wiggling as she was trying to cast her. Great staff and associates, and the Doctor Gorski took the time to really listen to our concerns and offer several treatment options. Highly recommend this office
The best experience ever! From the front desk staff to Dr. Colen's Assistant (i know i will spell her name wrong), Yong (John) his right man and Dr. Colen, himself. Very thorough exam with a plan in place. I left the office feeling very confident about what needs to done with my right hand. Thank you to everyone!!
