Ghosts and gives up on their patients when they won’t do the proper insurance work
Everyone there is excellent!
No patient privacy at check in. Listened to staff ask patients to pay their balance, ask for personal information etc. Can hear staff conversations with patients on the phone.
Been referred here 3 times for a condition that causes chronic pain and they did nothing for me and a person I the room who I didn’t know or give permission LOL at me when I was explaining embarrassing symptoms
I just had the worst new patient experience. I was 2 minutes past the grace period because they had not provided me with an address before my appointment, so I went to Sparrow hospital instead. When I found out the mix up I called immediately to let them know. I was in total 12 minutes late (from an hour drive away) and they canceled my appointment while I was still on hold with the receptionist when I got there.
