If I had a choice to pick no stars I would. This housing development does not care enough who ever put it together may care but the people that we have to deal with are rude and disrespectful. My case manager dont ever answer me until I ask for a supervisor number it took months for me to get it get a supervisor number finally I got one. Shiawassee county is being COMPLETELY neglected. Many people living in their vehicles and on the streets, staying in tents in the woods and tents in backyards of friends and family. And if you try to search for help on the DHHS website, it literally says there are no options. No hotel vouchers, and shelters are full and/or not allowing certain people. Always hear about grants and funds but the resources are not available.
