Tried multiple times to create an account online and rent a unit. Phone number listed online is disconnected and the website doesn’t work. Already seems suspicious and I haven’t even rented a unit yet.

I have tried contacting this place multiple times. There is no customer service to help you with any questions and half the time the damn gate doesn't work. Moving out ASAP. Don't have the money to pay your outrageous fees for a tony space either.

Clean and easy to apply for, unfortunately they do take a bit to respond (took them over 12 hours) when contacting them and that isn't the greatest if you need help with something asap.

I went to drop more stuff off to my storage unit, and the roof leaked on my belongings! There was bugs and mouse droppings on the boxes. I washed everything beforehand, and kept everything spotless. Not only am I grossed out, but I have to go through everything and deep clean.
