Hope you don’t need to access your unit in winter. They plow your unit in so you can’t access your belongings. So you either A. Have to shovel your unit out your self. Or B. Call and HOPE that they actually, send someone to shovel it out for you when they get to it. I had to contact them multiple times about my unit being completely snowed in. One of the better storage places I've used. Property manager is quick to respond and helpful! Easy to use and clean.

We had a positive experience with The Storage Mall - Ludington. Ashley, the property manager, was pleasant and courteous on the phone and promptly responded to any concerns. The units and property were well maintained. The only minor issue we encountered was accessing our storage unit after a heavy snowfall in the winter...but a small shovel solved that issue.

I haven't even had my storage unit a week and a half two weeks and I'm already being charged another $41 this is just crazy
