HEATHER STEVENSON should absolutely be fired. This company continuously and consistently will charge us random extra charges THE DAY BEFORE rent is due so that we will incur late fees. She is rude and defensive at every email. We have only rented with them for a year and have never had more issues.
Absolutely ridiculous landlords; we were in an apartment that was switched over to Michigan rental for our last year living in the place and they constantly charge us random extra fees in addition to making us pay and set up a DTE account, unacceptable forms of communication and never give notice for extra charges and refuses to explain anything. The maintenance people are literally the best ever!
Good for the price. Landlord and maintenance are fairly responsive. Didn't have many issues throughout my time renting.
