Irresponsible and unprofessional. The manager Chris Baldridge gave me a call throwing out swearing words and personal attacks after I tried to contact them via emails and phone calls with no reponses to address THEIR mistakes in accounting from 8 MONTHS ago. No proper communication or explanation was made but SWEARING? Really?!! This is just unbelievable and NOT right.
Exceptional property management company! I own several rental properties and discovered many local property management companies are 'fly by night' operations, some not even properly licensed by the State as required.
