Adrienne and Kevin were absolutely wonderful to work with. They recently inspected an old, large, and very unique home for us with the utmost precision and detail. Kevin offered a free pre-inspection visit to the home to ensure they provided the right scope of work and cost, obtained model numbers to understand the utilities and systems, and had all equipment needed to have the most efficient inspection day of. I hate that my water didn't clear on the first test but that had nothing to do with the company. Kevin explained everything I needed to do very clearly to sanitize my well before he could test again. Kevin was really wonderful about getting out here both times and getting the samples in as fast as possible. He was also very fast at responding to all of my texts. Outstanding service, friendly, trustworthy and thorough. I highly recommend Michigan Property Inspections and I will be calling them again for my income property so they can inspect before, during, and after tenant contracts. Kevin has done a full home inspection and a mold inspection on our property as well.
