I highly recommend Kevin Cave, Michigan Property Inspections. When I called I initially spoke to Adrian who clearly explained how their company operated and what the inspection would entail. She was able to set up our appointment for the next day. We were extremely pleased with Kevin, he called ahead of time to verify and was very thorough. After the inspection he reviewed his findings and we had the report that same day. Overall their communication and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
I appreciated Kevin's knowledge and skill set, he answered the questions I had as a new homebuyer and thoroughly explained his inspection. He checked almost everything and asked the right questions to the sellers that I didn't know to ask and they even noted that of all of the inspectors they've worked with he was the most attention to detail. As a potential buyer I would want someone like Mr. Cave to have my back.
Called them needing an inspection very quickly and they got us in the next day! Kevin was so friendly. While still doing his job, he made sure to make us feel comfortable, having a conversation with us. We talked, and we laughed. We also paid for rush processing and it was ready in a few hours after he left. Would highly recommend this company!
