We had our new home inspected by Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He is very patient in answering questions we have and he even helped us understand some of the things we never knew. We definitely recommend him for home inspection and definitely going back to him next time as well.
I recently had mold testing done and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Kevin arrived on time and was very professional, and extremely thorough. He carefully evaluated the affected areas and took the time to clearly explain the testing process, findings, and recommendations. I appreciated Kevin's knowledge and skill set, he answered the questions I had as a new homebuyer and thoroughly explained his inspection. He checked almost everything and asked the right questions to the sellers that I didn't know to ask and they even noted that of all of the inspectors they've worked with he was the most attention to detail. As a potential buyer I would want someone like Mr. Cave to have my back.
