Kevin is an A+ inspector. My overall experience is well over 5 stars with him. Kevin showed up early and got right to work after properly introducing himself. In between sections, he would chat about what he's seen so far and ask questions about the house. I opted in for a sewer line scope and that didn't disappoint. The woman Adrienne at the main office was very helpful, both with phone calls and text/email. Everything was clearly explained to us from start to finish. The technician Kevin who came out was able to get started earlier than our scheduled time that day and was very communicative during the whole process. We had detailed reports sent to us the same day, several hours after inspection concluded. Would definitely recommend, would hire again. Pricing seems to be comparable to other services in the area.
