Inspector was great! Very nice and informative! He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for us! I can’t explain how important that is when you’re going through the home buying process for the first time! I will absolutely recommend and use Jason again for any home inspection in the future! 10 out of 10!!
Kevin Cave inspected our home. He was very detailed in providing us with an understanding of of the inspection. He provided photos in the overall inspection, which indicated certain areas of concern. I’ve added a few of his photos to this rating. The detailed report will help me with the building department and provided an action plan. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the inspection process. He took the time to explain his findings and answer all of our questions, making everything easy to understand. His detailed report was delivered promptly and provided valuable insight into the property. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home inspector.
We had a lead scare on a Sadurday in our home and they were available and showed up the same day on short notice. Kevin showed up on time and was very respectful and knowledgable on hazards and overall inspections (home or otherwise). The price was reasonable and we got results within 3 biz days. I would recommend Kevin and this company for professionalism and experience. They are highly certified and passionate about healthy environments!
