On Feb 4, my daughter, a young mother with a toddler and a baby, found her basement partially flooded; she called Michigan Plumbing and Mechanical Services LLC for emergency service. The technician arrived, spent 15-20 minutes checking the sump pump in the basement, going in and out of the house, talking to someone on the phone appearing to be getting help in diagnosing the problem; then he told my daughter that the sump pump needs to be replaced, and it will cost $900; yes $900 for a regular sump pump. This is the second time I needed a plumber in 3 weeks. Mark at Mich. Plumbing& Mechanical came through again. This company is not out to raid your wallet. Had my new problem fixed in no time with only a service call and no other parts needed. Very pleasant plumber.
