The billing is terrible!! These people have no idea what they are doing! We have double insurance coverage but Priority needed to be billed first and then BCBS. We knew Priority would not cover this but BCBS would. The billing department told us that if one insurance company denies the claim, they all do. Complete lie! It took months and numerous people to get them to send the claim to BCBS. If the claim got denied we would appeal it, but we needed the denial first. Their billing is terrible. It is through a third party I assume because they asked me which business my bill came from. They billed my insurances in the wrong order, which even shows on my bill incorrectly. The rep kept saying it was accurate, even though the bill clearly shows they kept doing payments and takebacks since they keep billing my secondary as primary. I Asked to speak to a Supervisor. The rep was very clearly upset by this ask and put me on a forever hold. I always pay my bills, but only once they are accurate. ... read more

Stop sending statements to me. This should be done through my insurance. I've never been here. I go through Corewell. There is no reason to be sending me a bill. Seems very fishy to me.

Sheryl L Johnson, MD I received a bill for my child from February and another from March which my child was not born yet plus I have never even been to this place, the first person I talked to said it was for a tonsillectomy or similar then the next said it was for an autopsy and my child is well and living, they’re doing fraud and I’ll be suing Sheryl Johnson and Michigan Pathologist Specialist because they’re stealing information and sending fraudulent bills.
