They told me they accept my insurance over the phone and when I got there they said they don't accept it
This is for the office, not the doctor. Dr Milia was 5 stars for sure. The office was more like a processing center. It essentially s fre years ago so without remembering all the details I was much less impressed. I recently asked for my records for I my 3 total visits and was sent a bill for them. I guess it'd disclosed and allowed to be charged, but of my 16 doctors and specialists I've requested records from, this is the only one that charged this fee.
Dr. Hussein A Saad took his time not only to explain what was going on but what will help fix my issue. I not only felt heard but cared for! Thank you for you time
Dr. Hussein Saad was amazing. Quick and informative. Also, his nurse practitioner Renee McLean was so thorough in the exam, and the way they worked together was impressive. Highly recommend to all. If you need orthopedic care, ask for him by name. It is a huge office with many doctors.
I could write a short story on my Mom's experience with Dr. Finch, but I'll try to keep it short because I want to keep your attention until the end. I have been given permission and encouragement to write this review. The main issue has been the nonchalance regarding a horrible experience with a total knee replacement. Pain, patience, and time is understandable to healing, but Dr. Finch's bedside manner actually makes ME feel sick and depressed and I've only been a witness to it.
