Overall 10☆...I saw Jackyn Finley, PA yesterday, 9/21/26, and I was very impressed with her. She was very kind, empathetic and approachable! She asked great questions, wanted to know if I had any myself. I have no doubt she is going to help me through my awful back and neck pain I've been experiencing for over 6 weeks, professionally, compassionately and hopefully soon - so I can finally have some pain relief and get back to my normal healthy self! Exemplary physicians and staff. Horrible phone service. Impossible to talk to a real person. The average on hold time is 40 to 45 minutes. I have left a message at least six times and no one called back. This is completely not acceptable.
