came from Chicago, taking off of work, to take my mother for her procedure. I had her call to confirm that the dentist was to do the full work before doing so, since they already had charged her to see her once, and sent her away without doing anything. She was told by the receptionist that her “dentists had talked and they were to book her here.” We moved forward. However, I get her there this morning, first thing, and she is turned away again.
