Terrible service! This unprofessional business waited until 20 minutes before my appointment as I’m on my way to my appointment to call and tell I have to reschedule because a tech called off. After using non paid pto for this appointment which by the way has been rescheduled twice. I also scheduled this appointment months in advance. I am so frustrated and annoyed. I've been to other Neurologist and the pale in comparison. The office is clean with a knowledgeable respectful staff and the doctors listen and seem to care!
This review is of the clinic and staff. Not the doctors, my doctor there is amazing and is the ONLY reason I put up with the staff and lack of cleanliness. I have had a lot of tests done at this clinic and gone in a lot of different rooms. There is dust, dirt and trash on the floor in every room. Is there no cleaning staff? In addition to the lack of cleanliness, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone when calling with a simple question. Rude MA did not even make eye contact. Taking my blood pressure a patient who is suffering from an ailment and who tells her she is suffering from vertigo and the MA tells me to just take off the cuff. Sure np I will just take my own vitals next time and report them to the dr. Can I have your pay check?
Everyone here is polite and professional. Dr. Murshed is an excellent Doctor, and I highly recommend him.
