The doctor is wonderful however the office staff Victoria is awful!!! Incredibly rude, poor customer service, poor communication and lacks empathy for people struggling with “new insurance” my daughter has been a patient for the last 14 months, established & this is the 1st. visit in the New year. We are dealing with the same insurance but a change from PPO to an HMO. I like the doctor but even one terrible office staff is enough to make me switch doctors. So disappointed in their service today.
