RecommendedI was impressed with the facility and Dr Giancarlo and his staff. He diagnosed my medical problem immediately and put me on a treatment plan. Highly recommend him.
Get rid of Dr. Giancarlo since you can never see your dr. Only a PA
My first appt. there and I was very happy with Dr. Dillons staff. I was so happy with Dr. Dillon and loved seeing him. He was so kind and told me a lot. Next time though, I will write down the words he used with me. haha. If I feel the need to be seen again, I will definitely make another appt. with him
What’s it going to take to get a returned phonecall? What’s it going to take to get my prescription refilled? What’s it going to take to get my appointment with the doctor rescheduled, which was screwed up and cancelled by your office?
Your team of doctors and staff are so compassionate and help you to live a healthy fuller and productive life. Including medication,epidurals,therapy and take time at every appointment to make sure that all of our needs are met. I'm so thankful to have a team such as yours so I'm able to follow every instruction that you give me. The pain specialists are very good here I’ve been going to the office for about 15 years they are very nice and very good
While I love the practitioners I see here, the office staff is absolutely not the best ! They either need to hire more people or retrain the current people. There’s no way it should take a entire day to refill a medication a ran out of 2 days ago, and the only reason I ran out is because the prescription was sent in wrong a week before. I had paper work sent to the office over 2weeks ago and the inssurance company sent the same form 3x . Dr Nabite is wonderful. Always takes the time to explain what he is going to do. My only problem is with the front desk.She is overworked. I don't like it when I call with a question and she said that she has 72 hours to return my call. That's not right for a dr office.
