Ashley at the front desk truly made my day. She has such a happy, positive energy that immediately puts you at ease. This MRI center is incredibly lucky to have someone so engaging and kind as the first face you see when you walk in. She went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful and welcomed.
Ashley was a saint, and she made the experience such a breeze. They even have appointments on Saturdays, which was an unexpected surprise! Will definitely be back!
What a gem! Ashley at the front desk is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel like family. She is courteous, kind, and truly makes you feel at home, even when you're coming in for an MRI. The facility is also open on weekends, which makes scheduling so much easier. I couldn't have asked for a better MRI experience. Highly recommend!
My first experience here and I am pleased. The front desk staff and the clinical staff were friendly and guided me through everything. Very clean facility. I have had many MRIs and this machine is comfortable (if there is such a thing). It wasn’t dark or a tight squeeze. The key is that I didn’t feel claustrophobic which I have in the past with other machines. I highly recommend Michigan MRI.
