I don’t know how many time you have to reschedule but it’s at minimum 5, First I schedule same day repair which was promised then I was called to reschedule a week later fine no biggie then they show up 8am sharp on a Saturday knock then leave and send me a reschedule request again!?! Glass chip repair didn’t last more than 2 months, Windshield cracked. They do not warranty their work and are the highest priced. Call The Glass Doctor for quality service.

I'm very angry. I have seem so many commercials about safelight and when I was in a serious bind I went with this company to help me with my cracked windshield tomorrow through my current insurance company. I been financially strapped and was trying to look for some help and many resources were closed. Trying to reach a human agent to converse and ask for quotes accurate quotes it’s impossible. Everything is done by this damn AIIE computer mess.
