The crew arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job. Communication with Brian was really good through the whole process, from estimate to completion of project. Highly recommend!
I was highly satisfied with Brian! He was very professional an so accommodating with my needs! His crew did an excellent job in a timely manner an finished my roof in one day! I also have to give his right hand lady a 5 star also! Josen is also very educated in the business a such a likeable little gal! I would also like to say he saved me quite abit of money from the first bid I had gotten!! I would recommend Brian to anyone a know you can trust him!!
What a pleasure to work with such a professional contractor! Our ftiend, Paul, on Drummond Island referred us to Ladd construction for a 3- roof project on older buildings . Extremely reasonably priced, Brian listened to all of our concerns , and followed up with a kind , competent crew who did a fantastic job on our roofs. You won’t find a more competent , caring contractor. Pricing, craftsmanship snd clean up….personal service are all A+++.
Brian came to my house and talked me through the estimate process. He gave me a more than fair estimate to have my roof shingles replaced. I am very happy with my shingle quality and guarantee. Brian's crew did an AMAZING job! They were fast, professional and did high quality work. The crew did a great job cleaning up. They left my flower beds and lawn in perfect order. I would recommend Ladd Construction without hesitation.
