Brian came to my house and talked me through the estimate process. He gave me a more than fair estimate to have my roof shingles replaced. I am very happy with my shingle quality and guarantee. Brian's crew did an AMAZING job! They were fast, professional and did high quality work. The crew did a great job cleaning up. They left my flower beds and lawn in perfect order. I would recommend Ladd Construction without hesitation.

Great company to deal with. They were quick and responsive! I spoke with multiple roofers to repair leaks in my sun room. Brian gave me confidence with his idea and abilities to get the job done. I had a very small leak in the roof they installed. They were there that day to find the leak and repaired it. They stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them!
