My husband was a patient here he has seen Madison numerous times My husband was diagnosed with COPD we trusted Madison he was in the hospital several times in 2 months He's dead now and I do partially blame Madison. Do your research find a doctor that actually listens to you not over talks you My husband should have had more time
Wife was in after a hospital stay for severe breathing issues. Met with Dr. Raslan and P.A. Madison. My wife is on an in-home oxygen concentrator and Dr Raslan and Madison authorized a portable oxygen device so she can leave her home without taking the heavy oxygen tanks. They were going to have the same company that brought her the in-home concentrator and tanks of oxygen bring her the portable device. Never hear a word. If I could give a negative I would. Absolutely the worst place, and now they have an Urgent care. My boyfriend went here for a sleep test and no one showed up. Made numerous attempts to contact the office after and they don't answer. Had to drive there, now he's getting bills for a co- pay and having to chase them down again.
I have always had top notch service when I have an appointment. I do have to wait a bit for my scheduled appointment, but receive the same attention to service when in the service room. The attendants go over my reports ask several pertinent questions and provide feedback. Upon leaving the exit attendee assists with my next appointment, schedule any labs, special exams needed quickly.
