Just wanted to say that Michigan legacy has been great to me. This morning I had a great phone call experience with with an employee named Catherine she was nice, polite, and very helpful. True professionalism.
Katherine was the most polite friendly and professional assisting me with an error. When speaking with me she even suggested to stay on the phone while I logged into an account to make sure it worked properly. Thank you again for all your assistance. We need more like herbin customer service.
Think carefully before doing any kind of business with this credit union especially with their web portal. They charge fees for every single text for assistance. They charge ridiculous fees for any potential transaction or mistake with zero reconsideration or understanding. They do NOT make it easy to transfer funds in or out of their outdated systems.
