Personally, I had an okay experience. I came in to get my head restrung. I bought the new mesh and payed the price. They said it would take a few days. I call back and they said there was something wrong with the mesh and they changed the mesh, saying I should have gotten a text or call (which I never did). The stringing was delayed. They never called my back until I had to call back about my lacrosse stick 1.5 ish weeks later. They said my stringing was done. I got a head strung here. They got it done quickly and it looks awesome. The team here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the appropriate mesh and strings. I would recommend coming here especially if you are new to lacrosse.
Great customer service! They always have the equipment that we are looking for.
Owner was great! Helped drill new holes in the stick to fit a new head.
