I dealt with Ryan asking for a quote on automotive insurance. I gave him the vehicles and Vin numbers. He just kept asking for more information. He would not get back with me right away and kept telling me he needs more information. All I wanted was a basic quote and he couldn't do that off the vehicles and the VIN.
Knowledgeable agents with the clients best interests in mind. It's been years since I left this review and I just wanted to update and say that I'm still with MIG and Ryan is the absolute best agent. Not only did he find me a better home and auto rate , he was able to give me options! He responded to my request to shop right away and explained everything in detail. He didn't short me on any coverage and, as always, I feel completely comfortable knowing he has my best interests in mind.
They saved me so much money and got me better coverage than I've had the last 13 years with another company. So happy I made the call!
Ryan did amazing helping me with my auto policy. He made sure to answer any and all questions I had before the call ended.
