My insurance agent was beyond wonderful. Spent 2 years paying $700-$1000 a month for insurance and as soon as a I have a claim (which I wasn’t at fault for) they charge me a $500 deductible, and they deny the damages that happened to the truck. The inspector wants it sent to multiple shops because he doesn’t believe the one we sent it to, tells me I can have it towed and then the adjuster says they won’t cover it.
