STAY AWAY - been burned from a billing standpoint too many times. They charge me 328.50 out of the blue for no reason, which is almost double what my payment should be. Even if it seems like the cheap option, 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
After having an unfortunate accident for the first and now the last time dealing with Michigan Insurance I was so disappointed. This is the first claim we have ever filed. The agent was not helpful, she called me to ask about my boat policy, we don’t own a boat I informed her. Next she didn’t like the photos the body shop took, so back to the body shop to see the pictures and then I told the body shop to take more. At least they paid for the body shop.
Wasted hours and hours of our time for a fire claim. Sends monthly emails saying "our investigation of coverage and liability is pending at this time." It's been a year and they can't seem to decide if they are responsible for a policy they wrote??
