The staff were all very friendly and went overboard in accommodating and helping me in-process. My vision was blurry from having my eyes dilated. The paperwork was read to me an my hand guided to the appropriate places to sign and/or initial. All of the staff were kind, considerate, and professional. I really appreciated how the doctor listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable.

The staff in the Dearborn Heights office are friendly and helpful. However the scheduling department is rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure if who it was that helped me they wouldn't state their name.
Doctor Singer was very attentive to our needs with my husbands condition, he wasn't rushed like most doctors are today. He took the time to really listen to us. The staff was kind and helpful.
