Absolutely horrible experience! Medical staff are ignorant, uncooperative, and completely and utterly unorganized! The only saving grace of this "institute" is the front desk receptionist. I think her name is Karen? She was very lovely and empathetic to the terrible experience I had. I would sooner let a kindergarten poke around in my brain than these "neurologists."
Dr Kassa is honestly one of the best neurologists I’ve seen. I have a unique symptom that I’ve been trying to get a diagnosis for for over a year. Dr Kassa listened to me and is sincere and trustworthy in his diligence to help me find an answer. It feels so good to have him working with me on this. The staff at MIND are so kind, helpful and professional. I would recommend MIND and Dr Kassa to anyone looking for a great neurologist!
Dr David is a phenomenal Neurologist! She is very informative and shows extreme concern for her patients. She immediately puts plans into action to get results for your care. Because of her I was able to not only receive spine surgery due to her quick response to my persistent headaches but later was even diagnosed properly with several medical problems. She goes above and beyond for those In her care. I highly recommend Dr Nicole David!
Takes more than a week consistently to call in my prescription. Can't get the office to call me back. Phone line is pretty useless - can't get in contact with the specific location you want. It's hard being in a lot of pain and it's even harder when the office doesn't seem to want to help make it better as soon as possible.
Dr David saved my life! I have had migraines since 2007. And 2018 finally she says Botox shots will work. To be honest it helped and I am so happy that I got Dr David! She’s friendly she’s kind, caring and so helpful! God bless Dr David and thank you so much for helping me with migraines!! 🥰🥰
