Front office staff was pretty rude during scheduling. I really don’t understand how people are allowed to be like that and keep a job. I’ll update my review if the actual appointment goes well.
Staff was very pleasant, very professional and the whole ultrasound process was very efficient. Gloria at the front desk was very pleasant and "welcoming", as was Stacy who performed the ultrasound and the young woman who took me back for the test. Good job; I appreciate it! (you should also have "comment cards" at the front desk -- I actually complete most of them!).
The lack of communication is astounding. This is cardiac care. I've had 3 appointments and they keep giving me the wrong address. There is no one available to talk to you about this GROSS incompetence. I'm about to find a different cardiologist because of the lack of caring for patients' time and effort. My time is worth just as much as theirs. Very unprofessional as well as disrespectful
