I needed an echocardiogram and was referred to this office by my doctor. When I made the appointment over the phone the woman was rather rude. However when I arrived at the office the receptionist was really nice. The person who did my echocardiogram was another story. It was such a nightmare. I get a lot of procedures done through Trinity Health and this is the first time in my life that I ever had to speak to a supervisor afterward. It was that bad. I won’t be going back.

Today my daughter saw Jodie L Kenes, MD for a tachycardia. Denise the tech that did her EKG was professional, polite and very caring. Dr Kenes was compassionate and a good listener, and set her up for a plan for her issues. Highly recommend!

Second time calling this place. Spoke with “Miss Julie”, she was very abrupt with me, explained their computers were down. Her tone of her voice was rude and condescending. I let her know that and she hung up on me. It’s sad that someone in this line of work gives off an uncaring demeanor to their patients. “Miss Julie”, without your patients, you would not have a job.

I had a great first time visit to this location! It's close to home. From the front office to the medical assistant everything went smoothly. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy with my new cardiologist Dr. Perry. Excellent bedside manner and he is very thorough. I feel like my heart is in good hands at this location. I definitely recommend Michigan Heart at Trinity Health Canton, Michigan.
