Dr. Liz Rick is an excellent professional to have as a member of your medical team. She is concerned about everything that might be affecting her patients.
Dr Rick is an exceptional audiologist! She listens to her patients and explains everything in such a clear way that the science behind the technology makes sense. She is patient and makes allowances for an individual's (my mother's) uncertainty while affirming her ability to manage having hearing aids . Although I live thirty minutes away from her office I will come back to her when the time comes for me to need hearing aids! She is an asset to her field of expertise!
Ashley was very sweet to my son and did her best to make him feel comfortable—we will be returning!
