Danielle was very knowledgeable. And made both myself and Angela very comfortable.
At 41 this was not what I wanted. The staff was comforting. I knew I had some issues, and they made me feel welcome, and normal. Even noticed a tattoo I had that made the hearing tester ask about my job. She said it was common with my career to have some loss. When I was emotional she made me feel better. The tech is not much older than my son. Easy peasy process, not rushed or made to feel like a number. Would highly recommend.
