I really don't like to be negative and I deliberately ignored this survey. However, the doctor was very professional and addressed my issue with no problem. The receptionist or office girl was not friendly at all. I tried to explain that I forgot to charge my hearing aids prior to this visit and was asking to charge them while I waited to see the doctor. Dr. Rachel is very knowledgeable and pleasant. She answered my questions and explained things. Staff is courteous and efficient.
