The office is very unorganized and chaotic every time I go. My doctor is also only in 2 days a week and leaves at 3, which makes scheduling an appointment hard and you have to wait weeks to see her. I’ve had to take time off work to get my blood drawn 3 times, and was just told they didn’t order enough vials the 3rd time so they need me to come in a 4th time. Dr. Balaraman has been treating me for cancer since 2021. There is no one else I would trust to treat my cancer. She is Wonderful and God bless her. The staff at the Farmington Hills cancer location are all like family and I appreciate them. Today 8/14/2023 I rung the bell I thank God for my Doctor, she is the best and I love her. At check out, we had to make several appointments for lab work and a follow up appointment. It was at the end of the day (5:10p) and it took longer than normal. But the young lady at check out (Racqel D) was very nice, patient, thorough AND professional. It’s very hard to find kind and professional employees (especially in the medical field) these days due to most being over worked during the pandemic. So KUDOS to Ms. Racqel D!
