Everyone in this office was so kind and helpful!
It started out great. Got new orthotics every 2 years. Came in for my third and told me I had to pay $280 before they would authorize through my insurance. I was confused and my insurance was as well. It was 100% covered and I had already been casted. Will never go back. They said they had changed their policy, but had never informed me.
Both my wife and I saw Dr Ward. She has a good manner, is very professional, and offered a competent diagnosis and treatment plan. In fact, I was treated first and then recommended her to my wife for her issue. She is worth seeing.
