Loan officer Eric Hofmann never answered calls, questions, didn't not respond to any form of communication, falsified the type of loan thus delayed my closing and of course he never told anyone! If he has any license it needs to be revoked!
I'm trying to close on my first house, first time working with this mortgage company biggest mistake of my life! DO NOT go to these people! They just waste your time, horrible to work with, never tells me what's going on, never replied to me. Eric Hofmann who doing me loans went on "vacation" right before my closing and no one in their office knows anything about my loan or would step in to help. They don't know when he'll be back? Does he even work there? This place is the definition of Unprofessional.
